The Hand Surgery Fellowship is a one-year program sponsored jointly by the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine and the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Kentucky. It accepts one applicant each year.
The Fellow will divide their time equally between Plastic Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery. The experience will lead to the attainment of Board Certification in Hand Surgery. The Fellow‘s experience will include the University of Kentucky HealthCare Hospitals and Hand Clinic, The Shriner’s Hospital for Children, and the Lexington VA hospital. All qualified applicants will be considered.
