Why I chose the University of Kentucky:
I had an amazing experience when interviewed at the University of Kentucky. The staff were incredible and the diversity of the program spoke to me. I will gain experience in the plastic and orthopedic sides of hand surgery. This will allow me diverse mentorship and able me to offer my patients the best care.

Why I chose the University of Kentucky: The hand fellowship at the University of Kentucky appealed to me because it is comprised of a combination of Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery faculty. I believe this type of mentorship will help me round out my surgical and non-surgical skillsets to offer the best solution to my patients. The human hand is a complex instrument composed of many intricate moving parts. Whether it is finding a solution to relieve pain or physical dysfunction that has developed over time or after a traumatic injury, I relish the challenge to diagnose the problem and offer solutions that return patients to the activities they enjoy.
